Chapter 16
In July 2017 we called for a fast in our women ministry “The women at the well”. It was to be a 31 Days fast and prayer for “Intimacy with Jesus”.
All we wanted to do was to draw closer in relationship with Jesus; I didn’t know that God would use that time to unearth lots of things in my marital foundation.
The fast was underway and then suddenly one day I has a dream and saw my ex.
In the dream I and some other persons were preparing to leave a particular place. You had to leave with someone that looked like a clone of you. I came out of the place and just saw my ex standing there. I asked him if he wasn’t going to leave too and he just stood there.
I woke up and felt led to deal with it in prayer.
As I prayed in tongues because I really didn’t know what the situation was, I got this scripture:
“Why do the nations rage, And the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying, “Let us break Their bonds in pieces And cast away Their cords from us.”
He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision.”
Psalms 2:1-4 NKJV
I prayed and prayed through and then just started to laugh in victory.
Afterwards I had another dream. In this dream I and some friends were in a wedding reception and my friend F said she had a trance and then began to tell me to write down on a board what she saw in the trance.
I wrote as she spoke “I know you are scared of being alone…”
As I wrote, suddenly my ex came from nowhere and said that “he had changed his mind and he would call me later”.
He rushed off and then I and some other ladies started teasing my friend F that her “food” (food could mean the word she had or so) had made someone change his mind.
I woke up and thanked God for victory but that wasn’t the end.
I also went on to have dreams where I would see this same ex trying to lure me back into sexual dealings with him and at one time I woke up and heard “you are my wife”.
I was fasting through all these but it was about to get hotter.
One day God led me and my brother to take it a notch higher and do a 3 days dry fasting…
YOUR TURN:
Sometimes we know not what lies beneath the surface. If you have a clean slate maritally then all glory to God for you but if you have had dealings from the past or maybe even family lineage issues on marriage, this is a good time to ask the Lord to reveal hidden things to you.
“But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.”
I Corinthians 2:10 NKJV
Jesus said: but this kind goeth not out but by fasting and prayer (see Mark 9:29)
If you are led to go on a fast please do.
And as you pray, be assured of deliverance from our God who sets lawful captives free!!
He set me free and would do the same for you!

5: My Birthday is on Thursday 6th September 2018 and I am having a mentorship meet up for ladies.
I TURN 26 ON THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 6TH 2018. &for the first time in 4 years (since 2014) this is the FIRST time God is giving me permission to stay “out”. For the past 4 birthdays NO KIDDING, He has had me grounded, sitting at His feet&BEING OKAY WITH DOING THAT ALONE. No instagram, no social media celebrations. As a matter of fact I just saw one celebration from last year just a few days ago. NOW I KNOW THAT HE WAS KILLING THE PEOPLE PLEASER IN ME.
This Birthday is different. I was at a retreat place at Ghana when I suddenly started humming the hymn “it pays to serve Jesus..” in the bathroom&He spoke to my heart on how that was to be the theme for my birthday mentorship session with ladies.
To be truthful, THIS MENTORSHIP DEAL HAS BEEN A LONG TIME COMING.
It started in March/April when I went away to sit at the Lord’s feet. He started laying it on my heart to mentor His ladies.
I argued with God a bit.
For one thing, I didn’t think that I have anything to give out. Mentor who?
But He has shown me that He has poured out a lot into me in the last few years – wilderness seasons&all and He wants me to pour out.
The first thing He began to do was to send young daughters my way asking for mentorship. I responded in same way I have been doing, on not having time, etc. So just join @twtwinternational online group where I pour out GENERALLY.
In response to my “dodging games” He continued to send an influx of daughters asking me for mentorship, wanting to share their issues with me etc. &since He has crowned it up by wanting me to specifically use my birthday for this, I OBEY. ****
SO HERE IT IS:
