Hello my lovely blog family.
It’s thrilling to get back into the rhythm again… the rhythm of letting Jesus shine through the words He has given to me for us.
I have a bit of clarity on God’s plans for the blog this year… I say a bit of clarity because God always has a whole lot more but He simply shows us a step… the step we can handle first of all.
What I know for certain though is God wants me to stay faithful on the blog as there will come a time when millions of lives will look for the truth spilled out in Christ here on the blog… a time when people will realize that the gossip and celeb blogs isn’t what will fill them up… but only Christ Jesus and His truth can do that.
So first things first as God always tells me on the writing deal for Him on the blog is to STAY FAITHFUL.
Those were His words to me in 2013 when He told me to move this further and those words haven’t changed.
We’d be having some additions to the blog…
Mondays which are usually “Monday’s Inspirational Drive” will now be known as “Purposeful Monday’s.”
It will basically be a day when whatever you read will inspire you to live #purposefully in Christ.
Ranging from the words to Christians bloggers in Christian bloggers corner.
To details of events/seminars on purpose being held in different places…
To finances…
Everything that will be posted on Monday will simply serve as a drive for you to find and walk in the purpose for which God created you.
And speaking on seminars/discussions on purpose, this will be a year where different seminars on living purposeful lives will be held at different places, schools, higher institutions, youth gatherings, etc.
Keep your fingers crossed on this, one just might be coming your way…
And based on that note, we’d also be adding “Upcoming Events” segment to the blog.
It will basically be at the menu button up there and a widget below… so you can keep in touch with events God will be leading us to hold in the course of this year.
The first event will be holding this Saturday 30th January for all single ladies.
And that’s another addition to the blog…
The single ladies group: “The Women At The Well”.
Old time blog family should know when this group emerged last year.
It started from an email sent to blog subscribers and then the hangout and then a group that God just wants to use to raise up women filled of and with Him…
Women who are lights wherever they are…
Women filled with His wisdom..
You can check the “Women At The Well” page here for more.
#OnlineBibleStudy continues this year of course!
God has expressly told me not to stop it as its my teaching ministry (that word actually stopped me in my tracks for a bit).
But that’s the way it is. So as God leads, every Wednesday, we’d keep digging into whatever Word God has for us in that week.
Saturday’s Frances’ love letters remain here on the blog too and mhen, God is so drilling me on topics on preparation on how to be a wife.
Not a wife in the world, a wife molded by God Himself.
We’d be starting a series on that soon… and let’s just say that I am excited to see just how God wants to use my simple desire to see relationships and marriage built on Him to wrought mighty things.
Awakening youths will be moving onto a different dimension this year too.
I’m currently working on getting a separate website for it along with registering it as an NGO.
The message is still to raise young girls and women of purpose for God.
Still involving going to the young ones in Schools, awakening them to the truth that God has a purpose for their lives.
I pray to have enough helpers and provision to get the website and NGO running by the time Schools resume for second term.
And then even hopefully have a team going to different schools in different places, areas, countries per time.
If you are interested in working with me on this/being a volunteer, please holla.
If you are currently a youth corper, this is an awesome way to impact lives positively wherever you are, even as you build them up in the truth that God has more in store for them purpose wise… and if God’s been tugging on your heart to do this, we can go it together.
So please pray along with me on this to come to reality and if you wanna support, volunteer, be involved in it, you can reach me via email at okorofrances@gmail.com
Guest posts are also welcome on the blog. Also “Author Spotlight”, a segment where we interview authors and talk about their books continue on Fridays.
It’s my little way to support and share the wisdom God has given to other writers on the blog here.
You are mighty welcome to be a part of this on the blog.
Please send in your articles that you know will bless lives…
These are just the few plans that God has deemed fit to let seep into my heart but if there’s anything that I know of God, I know that He has more in store for me and for this blog this year.
He always does.
Look what He did last year... He specializes in surpassing my expectations and this year will be no exception.
I will be posting prayers for the blog tomorrow as nothing can be started without laying a solid foundation in prayer but for today, I ask you all to please say a word of prayer for me…
I have moved past being scared when God shows His plans for me to me. I have moved into more of the crazy faith dimension but that doesn’t mean that it is easy.
I can categorically tell you that my account cannot support the visions God has given to me… so why am I writing them then?
Because I understand that man shouldn’t look at His account when God gives him a vision… we should simply be fixing our sights on Jesus and that’s exactly what I am doing right now.
If there’s anything my journey to getting out my first hard copy book “10 steps to walking in purpose” taught me, it is that walking in purpose is a serious faith walk through and through.
You don’t see physically before you speak forth and make the vision plain.
You see with the eyes of faith and take a leap which so ever way God deems you to go.
So please pray for me to STAY FAITHFUL in/with what God has called me to do with and through this blog.
I am only an instrument and the goal is to please my Father.
I want to be a good soldier, I want to die at my post.
I want to fix my sights on Jesus and never look beneath Him even as He urges me to go on for His sake.
Say a word of prayer for me, for grace to run the race till the end.
For divine helpers and divine friendships and relationships on my path of purpose.
For me to always stay true to this calling… never diluting the Word of God but being fully led by the Spirit of the Lord…
And for God’s glory to shine through me in great and awesome ways…
Thank you very much for loving me with prayers.
I will be posting prayers for the blog tomorrow… please come on here again and help me lay a solid foundation in prayers for the blog this year 2016.
As always, I am an email away from you all.
My vision for the blog are spelt out above… can you also make it your vision to come out of the “ghost readers” category this year? *winks*
I dream of this blog being one where we have a community of sisters and brothers in Christ… drawing strenght from each other’s words and grace.
Help me make that a reality this year 🙂
I love you all.
Till tomorrow,
Love,
Frances.
P.S: My personal goals, book deals for the year, etc will be published on Olatoxic’s blog

“God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?” Numbers 23:19.
I pray for you, Frances:
May you stay faithful and true to your calling. May you find His strength in your weakness. May you become more of Him day by day. Above all, at the end of the day, may He say to you “Good job, Frances! My good and faithful servant”, in jesus name. Amen.
